this is a gorgeous vintage button up blouse from the 60s featuring an illustrated landscape scene with a soft multicolor palette. the baroque novelty print has what feels to be an eastern Mediterranean influence, with abstract leaves and swirls on the front, and a detailed outdoor scene with large golden gates and a figure with a straw hat on the back.
the collared blouse has three quarter sleeves with buttons on each cuff, and a front button closure with four shiny plastic buttons. the fabric is untagged but it feels smooth and lightweight, perhaps a cotton or rayon, and the garment is unlined.
size: untagged but would best fit a womens size extra small or small (kindly note that the sleeve cuffs are quite tight – model had to unbutton the button on cuffs when putting wrist through the sleeve opening)
measurements (lying flat): shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 14" bust (pit to pit): 18” across sleeve length: 7” sleeve opening: 3” – when button on cuff is closed centre back length (without collar): 22” waist/bottom opening: 18”
condition: in great vintage condition besides some tiny pilling and loose pit seam on one arm (not visible when worn).
