this is a unique and artsy red and green abstract print jacket made of 100% silk from the 80s, made in Thailand. the long sleeved blazer has a very cool oversized fit and it features a large collar/lapel, big shoulders (there are removable Velcro shoulder pads) and puffed sleeves. there is a front button closure with two red silk covered buttons, but personally I like it better worn open for more of a relaxed feel.
it’s really all about the details with this piece as the puffy sleeves have red textured accents along the sleeve and at the cuffs, and the jacket is beautifully lined with a red silk fabric. the silk is lightweight, smooth, and it has a bit of a sheen/shine to it. such a statement piece that is giving me sophisticated clown jester vibes!
