this vintage poncho is one-of-a-kind with its amazing eagle print, and it is super comfy, as it is made from what feels like a literal fleece blanket! the garment is homemade with no labels so it is tricky to date, but presumed to be vintage from the 1960s. the cape features two arm holes, an open front with two silver snap buttons, an attached scarf that ties around the neck, and an asymmetrical hemline. the body of the cape has been constructed from an amazing multicolor eagle-print fleece fabric in shades of beige, brown and purple, and the attached neck tie is made from a lighter fabric in the same colorway. the cape has two front open pockets, and there are delicate cream colored tassels/fringes around the entire garment, as well as brown suede or faux suede trimming at the top of the left pocket, and the garment is unlined.
in good “as is” vintage condition with minor staining/residual glue marks throughout, a tear in the front pocket (not really visible when worn), and some quirks in the stitching and construction of the garment. this garment is “one size fits most” and is pictured on model who wears size small or medium – please let me know if you have any specific questions!
