this is a charming, one-of-a-kind hand knit cardigan sweater featuring a front button closure with four oversized rose-shaped fabric buttons – it is so cute and giving grandmacore vibes! the vintage sweater features a multicolor striped knitted body in shades of white, green and orange, a high neckline, short/half sleeves, and a cropped bottom hemline. there are two strands of decorative green and orange yarns that weave around the sweater below the neckline and fall loosely down the front. the sweater has been knit by hand from a chunky, medium-weight and soft yarn (not scratchy) and is unlined. I love the cut outs between the fabric buttons on the front, because you can achieve such different looks by styling the shirt with or without an undergarment!
size is untagged, but I would say this sweater fits adult womens size small perfectly, or more fitted on size medium. in great vintage condition.
