vintage clothing does not always fit the same as modern day clothing. we have included garment measurements in each product listing so you can compare them with an item that you already own and to your body measurements to ensure fit.
condition:
due to the nature of vintage clothing, there may be some fading and minor flaws from pre-loved wear. we try to make sure to add details of the imperfections in our product listings. each item has been selected for its unique qualities, and we hope you will appreciate its personal character.
footwear:
while we always ensure that the soles of shoes are in good condition prior to delivery, we are not responsible for future fixture costs should they arise.
we offer free tracked shipping in Canada and to the USA, and your order will be shipped 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. please double check that your delivery details are correct prior to placing your order. once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

exchanges and returns:
we are able to accommodate exchanges for other items in the shop or for a store credit. please let us know within 3 days of receiving and dispatch the item back to us in its original condition and packaging within 5 days. the buyer pays shipping with tracking.
