this is a fun and flirty vintage party dress “made in canada” by Jessica from the 90s featuring a halter top bodice and a ruffled layered polka dot print skirt – perfect to wear to a summer cocktail party, or just for a night out dancing! the sleeveless dress features a black halter body that ties around the neck with an adjustable tie, a v neckline, and a lightly padded and lined bust. the fabric is a slinky polyester/spandex blend with a bit of stretch, and the ruching on the sides of the bodice makes for a flattering silhouette. the bottom part of the dress is a ruffly and layered mini skirt featuring red and white polka dots on a black background, and the fabric feels like a silky smooth polyester, and is unlined.
this lovely dress is tagged as vintage size 8, however I would say fits smaller, and would best fits adult womens size small (model usually wears size small to medium). in great vintage condition with light signs of wear.
measurements (lying flat): pit to pit (bust): 15” across (30” when doubled) waist: 11” across (22” when doubled) – but has plenty of stretch, and fits model who has 26” waist centre back length: 24.5”
