this is a super cute vintage ruffled mini skirt “made in italy” by the brand/designer “Expensive!” from the 90s featuring a micro white polka dot print on a light pink background. the vintage skirt features a cascade of ruffles, an ultra short hemline, and it fits high waisted on the model who usually wears size small to medium (could be worn lower waisted on a smaller size). there is ruched fabric around the waistline, and a silver metal o-ring with a hanging tie. the fabric is a stretchy viscose blend that feels lightweight, smooth and slinky, and the skirt is unlined and a bit sheer.
tagged as vintage size small and I would say this best fits a womens modern day size small or medium (waistband measures 22” but model usually wears 26-27” waist and it fits well). in good vintage condition with minor staining and light fraying/signs of wear.
