this is a funky unisex pullover sweater in a bold blue colour commemorating the balloonfest festival which took place in 1986 in cleveland, ohio (sweater is more modern and believed to be produced in the early 2000s). the long sleeved pullover features a crew neckline, and is ribbed at the neck, cuffs and bottom hem. the sweater is untagged but the fabric feels like a cozy cotton blend – perfect to wear to the cottage or for a fun evening out to the movies or the arcade!
size is untagged but I would say this best fits womens size medium (or more oversized on size small) or mens size small. in great condition with some minor staining (barely visible) and light pilling~
